      Pros

      Decent salary and bonus structure. Great people who care work here. Was a good company and with recent changes in 2 years just not the same anymore!!

      Cons

      Horrible benefits! Have favorites to move up or into new positions. Upper Management micro manage. Let Us be able to move team into territories!! Upper management does not allow growth for workers choose favorites for best territory. Many staff have quit and moved on. Sad!!

      Pros

      To be completely honest I can't think of any. If I had to choose something it would be that the fellow employees are great. However, they really lack in the leadership department.

      Cons

      Insurance is awful. Management is not supportive and their doors are always closed. There is no communication and gossip runs rampant.
