      Pros

      Easy to get hired. Vitas commits to "Job Security".

      Cons

      They will hire anyone and once you're in, you're set. Manager's should have been fired for incompetence, not knowing scope of nursing practices and not holding staff accountable. One manager never interviewed, instead passed off to multiple departments because of incompetence. Management never counseled the individual, choosing instead to "pass the trash". No clinical competencies training system-wide for nursing. Executives wine and dine and the company pays for the booze. Despicable for a Healthcare company reimbursed by tax payers dollars.
