      Nurses really care about their patient and believe in the service they are providing

      Cons

      Management team is very unprofessional. They need to take classes in communication, they treat their employees like they are children and talks down to them. It's all a numbers game instead of truly caring for patien.

      The work itself is rewarding. The co-workers make it tolerable.

      Cons

      Salaries not competitive with other companies in the industry. Constantly asked to do more with less. Mgmt does not recognize or reward employees who go above and beyond the standard to meet the needs of patients. No financial benefits for working harder or more thoughtfully. Morale is truly the worst of any place I have ever worked. And Sr mgmt does not address this topic but appears to ignore it.
