      hectic, but rewarding..

      no two days were ever the same; always busy and on the go; liked working independently (satellite office) but having the back-up of a bigger company

      Cons

      sometimes too busy - ergo, stressful and, of course, dealing with dying people can be challenging.

      Flexible scheduling, working with patient's and families.

      Cons

      Management has very low regard for employees. Everything is handled in the "negative". You don't do this, you didn't do this, this was wrong, why did you... vs. Great job going above and beyond for your patients, thank-you for staying late to cover the extra shift etc. Turnover of nurses, terrible pay, lowest in the market. Short staffed. Managers will just walk out/not deal with problems such as not having enough staff in the field. Angry patients.
