      Meaningful work to provide to patients and families Largest national provider of hospice services Great literature for patients and families

      Cons

      Incompetent management MD belittles and is very disrespectful to field team Ridiculous on-call expectations Limited resources Some office staff catty and unfriendly and unhelpful Ineffective model for market growth No IPU Unethical practices as it relates to HIPAA/advance directives/DCF reporting/ practicing out of scope Compassion fatigue in field teams Does not really live values

      This company is very flexable job. If you are a working parent with other responsiblities it is nice to have a job that understands that.

      Cons

      If you are working PRN sometimes it is hard to get hours. All of the available hours will go to the other employees first.
