      The staff is amazing. I can't believe how many benefits they do have. Anyone who complains has obviously never worked in a Nursing/Skilled facility before. The contrast between the two are vast. Being able to be there for a family and the patient at the end of their life is such an honor and really rewarding in it's own right. They have changed my entire perspective of what hospice is all about.

      Cons

      honestly, so far, I see no cons. I am hoping all the info and procedures that need following are going to make sense once I have a regular clientele.
