      Truly an Equal Opportunity Employer; Supportive Team environment; Supportive of Employee health and family issues; Very low employee turn-over rate of work-force, 24 hour call in center,

      Company financial losses cause raise freezes; Wages are lower than other hospice companies and increases are negligible. Mandatory holiday working hours for all employees, including per-diem. Low review scores used to "motivate" employees. Poor health insurance plan.

      Pros

      Patients and families need help and many extremely thankful.

      Cons

      Management is untrustworthy and dysfunction. They use the blame game without gathering the facts. Its is profits over patients and field staff. Management in Jacksonville horrible. Also major concerns with working for a company that has a 35 million dollar medicare fraud charge against it. They very often recruit patients who are not hospice qualified.
