      None all negative vibes from this company.

      Cons

      Rushed and unqualified preceptor. Shortened orientation, was promised 6 weeks...wanted to push me out to the field independently after 3 weeks. No orientation.to vital.equipment, paperwork, ordering of meds and supplies.

      Pros

      I've been in hospice care for many years and been able to do many different jobs that help me understand the bigger picture. There are tons of opportunity for mobility within the company, promotion/education structures programs through the state if your interested in leadership, and opportunities to work in other departments if you want to float or earn extra income. Patient caseloads are decent (all hospices are the same, 15:1 average) and territories are thought out as much as possible when making assignments. I'm super happy about where I work and the team I have!

      Cons

      Working for a larger corporation can always be challenging, but my program leadership is always available by text/phone or in-person at the office. I have a clear leadership ladder, but my team manager doesn't always hold others accountable or ensure everyone is following processes. Communication is challenging with such a large patient population and team, but everyone does the best they can to make sure things don't fall through.
