      Most people are very friendly and very proud of their work. You can easy balance work and family.

      Cons

      Salaries are not very competitive and opportunity for professional growth is nonexistance.

      Excellent, rewarding work. Opportunity to really help and serve people.

      Cons

      Poor benefits package, poor attitudes from management to staff (i.e. passive aggressive, punitive, lack of compassion), isolating work culture with no sense of community as people are so afraid of making any mistakes and as one reviewer aptly described the ensuing "witch hunt".
