      VITAS Innovative Hospice ... a Great Service to its Patients and Treats Employees like Family

      Pros

      VITAS Innovative Hospice Care is a corporation which started very modestly in Florida and has expanded across America. Sometimes there are some growing pains and stress with growth, but overall it works. I have worked for other hospices, and this one gets it right! Patients and their families do come first!

      Cons

      As with any employment, it's the team you work with that determines how much you enjoy or do not enjoy your time at work. Thankfully at VITAS Hospice in LaSalle, our team cares about each other!
