      Pros

      Caring for patients and families at end of life is rewarding.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, profits first, unrealistic expectations for staff. Numbers are the main priority. Sadly it's just not what hospice should be( in my opinion).Salary positions put in many many hours and they still have paper charting that is very redundant and wastes so much time.
