      Decent Flexibility. Bad Pay

      Pros

      Somewhat able to make your own schedule. Not stuck in one place the whole shift (unless you're a CC nurse). Occasionally, bonuses are offered for a weekend shift or something.

      Cons

      Low pay. Getting more micromanaged. They don't seem to care about making changes to keep nurses on. High case loads, not enough pay.
