      Pros

      HUGE level of resources, LOTS of charity work (despite being a for-profit company), GREAT pay.

      Cons

      Lack of dedication and poor morale from a FEW employees permeates the entire office. There is a general willingness to do only what's required by some, but it affects everyone in this type of business.

      Pros

      Working with patients and their families can be very rewarding.

      Cons

      Training is poor, lots of work for minimal pay, have to use PTO for holidays, insurance is horrible!!!! Very disorganized, and inefficient procedures that have employees doing double work. Peep are constantly quitting due to management conflict.

      At this writing, no EHR, so all charting by hand. Quite Exhausting!
