      Pros

      They appreciate me. They pay for learning and are very fair. It’s the best company I have ever worked for in my career.

      Cons

      They do not give holiday bonus or gifts.

      Pros

      My job as a vitas team nurse is to provide the extra care to pt and families at end of life. I become a nurse to make a difference and be the person to help people at their troubling times or stressful times. This job fulfills that exactly, being able to support not only the pt but also their family during a very unfamiliar and stressful time is why I take such pride in my job as a vitas hospice nurse

      Cons

      I feel at times the care and extra effort is ignored or taken away when it has anything to do with money. Sometimes doing what is right for the pt isn’t what cost the least amount of money.
