      Great service provided to facilities

      Pros

      The nurses and aids provide excellent service.

      Cons

      Management at the time was horrible and made work unpleasant. There was a lot of backstabbing and favoritism among the account executives because of the pressure to bring in new business I understand they have new managers and morale is a lot better.

      The wage isn't great A lot of micromanagement The managers don't appreciate the base level workers.
