      Significant opportunities to touch people's lives when they need guidance the most and to do so with bright and committed colleagues in a team-centered manner.

      Cons

      Low pay. Never-ending salary freezes. Periodic unfair expectations. Much pressure and stress from superiors.

      The Corporate Recruiter Lisa is amazing. She was so helpful, friendly and professional. She is the initial contact with the company, and she makes the experience extremely pleasant and easy. Thanks Lisa!

      Patient work is rewarding. Some flexibility and autonomy is nice

      Cons

      No raises for seven years. Paperwork is redundant and overwhelming. They have not gotten fully on electronic charting yet. Upper management is about keepibg census up and sometimes insists you admit patient you are not really elligible
