      Pros

      I was able to provide medical and emotional support for hospice patients and caregivers.

      Cons

      The company is severely understaffed with both teletriage nurses and field staff. Sometimes, patients and families have to wait for hours for someone to respond physically to them, which is very stressful for everyone concerned.
