      Pros

      The organization has a great mission. In fact, the founder helped write the hospice legislation during the Reagan administration.

      Cons

      Silos. Supposedly, it's a collaborative healthcare setting. Each program even has what it calls an IDG (interdisciplinary group) that works on the plan of care for patients. But overall, the care part of the organization and administrative/management part do not communicate well and have very different competing priorities.

      Pros

      Great starting pay, nice people, almost too nice.

      Cons

      Excessive workload, cameras on for 6weeks of training remote, never asked if the camera made me feel uncomfortable (trauma) Even when you did your best to follow material or work with a positive mindset they remind you constantly of what was not done vs what you’re learning and catching on to. They’ll teach systems and work flows but then in the final stages of training none of those are introduced again making it very difficult to follow
