Pros

Vitec is a fairly easy going and flexible company and has several offices in the US and Europe. It would be a good choice for people who like to travel.

Cons

There is much age, nationality, and even religious prejudice. Management is absurdly outdated and essentially structured like a feudal system that values only relationships rather than competent service to the company. Middle management is full of conflicts of interest. Lots of software piracy at this company.
