I don't remember anything positive to be honest.

Cons

HW's team leader is arrogant and most of the time disrespectful, he doesn't listen to my needs, more than that, he mocks them. The most disrespectful act he has done, is for a college where he insulted him in front of everyone for not doing a task. I would strongly advise people against working for this company as the CEO encourages this type of management for his teams.
