Great place to start in

Pros

Not too much stress for this job. Great hours. Full Hybrid, if you want to you can work from home. Feels like a startup, you can implement new and interesting ideas You can learn a lot

Cons

low pay. stress only at releases that can be expanded. sometime you have repetitive work. A lot of young talent means you have to learn things on your own You might not get time for thing that are really important until the time its needed urgently
