Relaxed working, good Atmosphere, easily engage-able management. The company puts a lot of effort into equal treatment of employees. A lot of opportunities to grow and develop yourself

Pros

Excellent 3 week onboarding training. Trainer was fun, engaging and simplied the processes. She really knew her stuff and spoke of career paths on our first days which was motivational. Management recognised effort.

Cons

So many processes and practices.
