Pros
office culture, fair wages, leadership was great, intelligent people, nice perks like lunch, fun atmosphere, great customer service team until they outsourced to costa rica with no notice
Cons
moved customer service & licensing to costa rica with no notice to employees and no opportunity to find another position within the company, they just called everyone into a meeting and said we were all out of a job and then stood outside handing us boxes to clean out our desks and told us to leave immediately, not a fair way to treat employees that put in their best effort for the company
