Great Atmosphere. Fringe benefits are amazing; Soda, snacks, lunch on Fridays, breakfast on Wednesday. Great place to work!

Cons

Growing very fast means that there are a lot of new people that you do not know.

Pros

It is THE place to be for the upcoming cloud computing field. Seems to be a good company as long as you're outside the support (GSS) organization.

Cons

GSS management is pure amateur hour. They change to one side this month, and next month, are changing back to the way it used to be. Complete joke. Also, factor-in the ~18% pay cut in the "reclassification" to hourly for the support engineers and you end-up making less than you made when you started years ago! No matter what anyone tells you, this is a call center and driven entirely by metrics and making you pump the call volume.
