-Very high turnover which immediately puts more workload on the rest People leave and someone has to fill in the gap, the better you do , the more gaps you'll be asked to fill. The highly promoted internal mobility simply means that they will move you around not because you requested it, but because hiring can't keep up with the turnover and someone has to take on that extra weight. -Late night calls 5 days a week -A lot of overtime, no WLB - Vmware no longer attracts the industry's best designers - vmware has managed to become popular in the design community with the high turnover, overtime, late hour meetings and being US centric -In many ways BG employees are not treated equally to US employees - Communication is limited to the local design management, where everything boils down to favoritism, same people get promoted and praised over and over again.
