Pros
Very smart people, respectful and nice The culture is what makes vmware different, you will never feel alone and helpless Understanding leadership (at least in my team) Mental Health support (6 sessions with a therapist), wellbeing days off and pandemic leave Great sense of autonomy
Cons
Promotions are difficult as in most big companies, same with salary raises. The HR could be better, employees don't feel there is any real support from HR, but Betsy is working on programs and coming with different ideas to make things work.
