In the first 4 weeks that I started at VMW, I said: Wow, what a company with digital recruiting, onboarding, training and team integration processes! Then the bill went in a different direction with the recognition of miscommunication from management to business units, wall between infrastructure and Tanzu teams, silo-driven organization. VMW is trying very hard to change direction. It's a process and takes time. If you are a newbie and ready to play with the wave of change this is your job! Even so, VMw is still a good company that even paid out my entire bonus after my leaving with no inquiries or discussions, really impressed!
