Pros
Decent pay, select cool people (although pretty rare), okay snacks (lagging behind heavily when it comes to most tech companies). Good working from home flexibility. Maybe their Palo Alto campus has a better culture?
Cons
Terrible leadership in sales (for the most part. A couple good ones here and there), people quit all the time, constant restructuring and layoffs, doesn't hire very smart people, bad training, a lot of people in sales especially higher up leadership is very entitled and formal without any sort of desire to seem like genuine people. Also, the internal processes are stuck in 1999 and are terribly inefficient and unclear. It makes it very frustrating to get anything done here as an employee and it makes it extremely hard to do your job. A lot of people here seem fake, and most don't actually care about making employees feel valued. A lot of people have left the company because they couldn't stand this anymore, along with all the other bad stuff. I've met met some of the worst managers of my entire life working here. The company knows horrific people like this work here and are too scared to do anything about it. All the good talent is leaving because they know they can find a better experience anywhere else.
