Lots of perks, good salary, lots of extra paid time off.

Cons

Cut throat. Bottom 10% of performers in many groups are fired annually. Dealing with colleagues in other "business units" can quickly become political and toxic. Internal systems are antiquated and prevent employees and customers from doing the right thing, which results in HUGE customer escalations.
