Great benefits and remuneration packages. Market leader and a well-established brand in the IT industry. Super smart, capable and talented people work in the company in all offices and hierarchical levels.

Cons

Sometimes in some business units there're powerful people that rely more on politics than they should and follow personal agendas that not always contributes to the company's bright future.

- Very political - High turnover (especially in the first year of employment) - Many layoffs that are disguised as re-orgs or performance management - Very long hours are the norm - Terrible management since good managers are not valued - Confrontational and disrespectful behavior are tolerated
