This is a company with a great vision and excellent technology. The spirit on the systems engineering side is amazing. Everyone who likes technology and out of the box thinking is the right person.

Cons

to many management levels. especially the middle level is not that helpful. More longterm relationship with customers from the sales side should be taken into consideration instead of quarterly thinking
