Nothing , Nothing , Nothing., Nothing, Nothing

Cons

1. Zero work life balance 2. They make you slog atleast 16 hours a day 3. Management is not concerned about the employee's personal life 4. They will easily replace and terminate you 5. Work is both in US and India shifts , I repeat late hours 6. Management does not even try to maintain the work life balance 7. Projects are pathetic, you have to take over multiple roles If you are willing to sacrifice your personal life , please do join.

VRIZE is a dream come true for those who wish to "work in an MNC where I learn new things everyday and contribute to the growth of the company". VRIZE provides true "flexible hours", this makes the culture and work experience better. The management takes and considers the opinion from the VRIZERS before taking a decision. Nothing is forced on us as "Policy" or "Rules"!
