Pathetic Client - It's a data engineering firm where the team works for US-based clients. I was working for one of their client and the client's point of contact used to humiliate the whole team. it was kind of non-ignorant as this guy used to misbehave in every single call. The whole team was loaded with the work and still, there was no appreciation.
When you raise all such concerns with the HR or Senior management then they will just listen but would never take any action.
The work is endless. If you're not performing well then in spite of giving a chance of improvement they will take away the project from you without even asking.
They don't have the right skilled team for the work. Its just they are hiring the people and ask them to start looking at the tasks without any training.
The Management is not even bothered if you leave the firm and there is always a gap in the process.
It's a Startup firm and if you plan to join then be assured about unmanageable work life, too many challenges, work in India and US shift, ready to get humiliated, No process to handle things and suddenly they can bring your replacement or new head to lead you. So be ready for all such challenges.
