Looks good on a resume for some reason, VSA used to have a great reputation, they have rested on those laurels for the last 20 years, and now churn out dull, corporate communications with little creativity.

Cons

If you are a designer who craves exciting, creative work—DO NOT WORK AT VSA. It is corporate communications at it's worst. You will most likely be tied to one massive account and not get much variety in what you do. Now they simply copy other designers through "mood boarding" no real ingenuity or creativity here.
