      Pros

      They pay on the 10th and 25th.

      Cons

      VSE is only interested in making money. Sure, it's a business, and making money should be on the forefront of their endeavors; but, taking care of their employees' concerns in order to promote a healthy and happy work environment is not one of them if they can save a buck.

      Pros

      A good opportunity for experience when you have just graduated college.

      Cons

      They falsely doctored my resume in order to get a contract with the military. Being ex-military themselves, I would question the moral judgement of ex-military employees to put winning before honesty. That makes me very sad for those who have risked their lives for our freedom.

      Pros

      Small company with family style feel. Ones co-workers can become career assets as well as good friends. Initiative and hard work are rewarded. Plenty of opportunities for advancement and career growth.

      Cons

      Company is run by a large team of Vice Presidents who gained their positions by longevity instead of expertise or skills. Company has been losing contracts the past three years. They have not been gaining any significant new work which has lead to large layoffs. Little to no telecommuting option.
