Pros

An okay place to work. Fairly flexible with some departments. The few people that do care, genuinely care.

Cons

No real guidance/structure. Need more streamlined training. Overworked in some departments. Lost too many good senior people. Need to take care of the people they currently have, or they will continue to lose out on well-suited employees. Lack of support for current employees.

Pros

No Pros. Working here for the 6 months that I did negatively effected my mental health, personal and physical wellbeing, and outlook on life.

Cons

Office Politics, no work-life balance, expected and un-recorded overtime to an extreme, no possibility of work from home in some departments, rules are applied unevenly and favoritism is obvious and rampant, old-boys club, sexism, no advancement potential unless you are someone's favorite, etc.

Flexible and accommodating to a degree. Some employees are easy to work with. Consistent hours of operation.

Cons

Leadership. Compensation & Benefits are subpar at best. Undervalued. Priority is set by multiple individuals instead of managers or supervisor. No career progression. Hard work, dedication and loyalty does not pay off. Organizational planning needs work. Communication. Double Standards.
