      Fun work and you need to always think outside the box while adhering to proper procedures.

      Cons

      VSE wants to be a world leader in aviation maintenance but they treat the employees terribly. Their is zero communication between corporate office and the working staff which is really insulting due to the fact that they just purchased this division. They also just increased the benefit package cost to the employees by 60% essentially making health insurance unaffordable. A large percentage of employees are talking about leaving for other jobs.
