Pros

Location is close to the turnpike. Clean facility/ office.

Cons

Lack of schedule flexibility. You get two 15 minute breaks like school children. Work life balance is non existent, they expect you to work after hours and grill you if you leave at your schedule time. No bonus or incentive structure however, they expect everyone to break their backs to hit the monthly numbers. Its just job, no career or growth advancement whats so ever. Dead end at its finest.

My work is close to where I live but I would rather drive an hour with a different company.

Poor benefits, terrible pay. Management treats you like garbage. HR doesn’t care. No one seems to know what they are doing.
