Pros

The pay is good. The work is challenging.

Cons

Management likes to shuffle some of it's best people around to different jobs and different shifts. It's hard to et into a routine with family and functions external top work. I know of two people who quit because they were told they would be on a certian shift so they started school with the manager's knowledge, but then were put on a shift that directly conflicted with school.
