      Pros

      The company took sides with employees and gave them many chances as the policies are very lenient.

      Cons

      The pro is also a con! My employees could basically call any time before their shift and they were excused….with no limit. Had to do three informal counselings for the same issue before it was made official with HR. The employee is not disciplined until 3 formal counseling made within 3 months. Makes it very difficult to terminate employees.
