      Toxic Culture with Narrow-Minded Leadership

      Pros

      Employees are good people who care. Former CEO was a principled leader who accomplished a lot through teamwork.

      Cons

      Incompetent leaders who say the right things often get rewarded and promoted. Current CEO is a "yes man" who only cares about his personal image and making bonus. He manipulates board members with flattery and false praise to get what he wants.

      Lots of warm and supportive colleagues

      Cons

      Mom and pop style company. Allows toxic leaders to stay in place too long. HR rules company like an iron fist. Very male dominated culture.
