Inexperience management that makes it hard to work with, I don't know how some managers get hired but if they can't read data charts it says a lot about who they hire or want to hire. Just like any other workplace, if you have friends in the upper management area you'll get far. If not you better start making friends with other departments if you want to grow in this company.
