Pros

Company is profitable, seeking employees who are interested in continuous improvement and wants to be number one in the nation at building doors, countertop and stone surfacing products. Always looking for good first line supervisors, maintenance, production and administrative personnel. Company continues to grow.

Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at VT are not only the people but the environment. It is one of the more family oriented businesses in the area.

Cons

Since we are in the Midwest the starting salary is not the highest, but on the flip side they do offer full benefits which is hard thing to find any more.
