Pros
- Very talented Design and Product team. - Under normal circumstances, a pleasant and fun work environment.
Cons
- No long-term vision. Plans change according to market whims. - No commitment to their employees. The company culture is beautiful and so on until page two. When the going gets tough, they lay people off in a brutal manner, without the slightest support. - They work in silos which, despite all the efforts, still don't communicate (a legacy of the company's past). - The latest internal restructuring moves and layoffs prove that, even though they desperately need it, they don’t take Design seriously. A huge waste of talent. If you are a Designer, think twice if you want to be buried, far from the decisions that really matter.
