Pros

You can learn a lot about ecommerce and tech, good benefits.

Cons

The company values who appears the most - hosting events, being active on slack - even if this person is doing a low quality job or has no idea of what is happening in its own team or how to properly manage it. The management gives a lot of power to unexperienced young people and the result is a mess. In 2022 the management was clearly lost, changing strategies all the time (splitting and joinning teams randomly) and fireing some really great professionals. Of course, networking with the right people is essencial if you wanna grow and stay there - it doesn't really matter how well you perform. I worked 12 hours a day during the pandemic and had great performance reviews, but didn't waste time flattering the managers. When I entered I was lost since there was little to no omboarding and had to learn how the company worked by myself.

Pros

Global reach, focus on learning and career development. The company provides competitive compensation, an informal culture, and a flat hierarchy. Overall, people are very smart and experienced, and this creates an environment prone to development.

Cons

There aren't a lot of clear processes in place as of now from an HR and career development perspective. There are still a few steps that we need to take in terms of diversity and inclusion.
