The salary is good and so are the benefits. Only tech leadership (managers level I) could improve, they are excellent technically but they are immature when it comes to people management.

Cons

We have a performance cycle per year. It could be twice.

Good and hardworking community, young brand, strong technology

Cons

Huge distance between the core and regional product teams. Sales-driven mentality. Lots of legacy tech. Portuguese and Spanish are the main languages. Senior leadership never talks to regional offices.
