CEO has zero respect for people and talks disrespectfully! Work life balance is zero, You will be asked to work outside your working hours. No career progression Higher management is always there to take all the credit of the hard work done by the team No job security No strategy , basically a sinking ship

Pros

Depending on your department, some teams have really amazing people. Good benefits. Decent Canadian salaries.

Cons

The leadership is a train wreck. They keep doing layoffs and starving every team more and more, while hiring more external contractors in other parts of the world that do not deliver the same quality and therefore all the products are suffering along with the employees. Also it seems they get bonuses based on how many people they let go, so good luck being unemployed while they get another Manhattan condo.
