Pros

Great environment and culture. The company definitely views itself as a technology company trying to disrupt the commercial real estate industry. Everyone works hard and passionately continues to improve their craft -- I learn new things from my co-workers each day. The work-life balance is nothing out of the ordinary for a NYC startup, and the time-off policy is quite liberal.

Pros

The idea was good, but it was mostly just a fallacy. Going into something that you believe in is a general perk but once you realize it is all smoke and mirrors there really isn't anything left to consider a pro.

Cons

The Founders are children with enormous egos, little direction, inability to receive or listen to feedback or criticism. On more than one occasions I heard them respond to reports of a competitor rising in the market with "I will BEAT THEM down with my fist" and other nonsensical frat boy statements. So many employees of quit or been fired for lack of funding, advisors and board members have quit. This place was a zoo.
