      -Company is growing fast -Really starting to hit our stride with the acquisition of Rise -Great coworkers -Opportunity to advance if you work hard and have a good attitude -Vertical Saas

      -Lots to execute on right now and it can be hard to prioritize -CRE is in a challenging spot

      Pros

      VTS was one of my first roles after graduating college and I have experienced tremendous growth during my time here. VTS helps their employees take the next steps in their career with a formal L&D stipend but also with plenty of educational and personal development opportunities offered for free throughout the year. They're also very open to employees applying for new roles within the organization if an opportunity in a different department would be a good/better fit for your goals and skill set.

      Cons

      At the same time, VTS is a high-growth, fast-moving company where you may find yourself working long hours. I think senior leaders do their best to encourage a healthy work/life balance, but this can still feel like it conflicts with the need to hit aggressive growth goals at the same time. But those who have worked in tech/startups should be familiar with this.

      Pros

      Blown away by how much energy and time VTS has put into transitioning to a fully remote environment over the last year! There are a set of different programs added to my calendar weekly, which allows me to feel like I can easily build breaks into my workday, everyone is respectful of your 'after hours' time, and the stipend has been so useful in helping me create a comfortable WFH setup!
