Pros

My team was amazing, I absolutely loved working with them. I came into the role with no platform experience and everyone was so willing to help me learn and also encouraged me to propose and work on my own projects. Additionally, they also give a yearly stipend that you can use on educational materials which I was able to use on Udemy, CloudGuru, etc which enabled me to learn and grow into my role.

Cons

There were three rounds of layoffs in the two years I worked for VTS due to budgeting, so it never felt like I had job security. I also think that the layoffs could have been done with more tact.

Ineffective leadership at the helm and among their direct reports and plagued by significant flaws and continues to operate without any profits.
